About SOA

The Sandestin Owners Association (SOA) is a non-profit property owners association that became incorporated in 1981. There are 65+ full-time employees that make up various departments within the SOA. They are:

Architectural Review Board
Communications
Property Services
Security

The SOA staff reports to the Board of Directors which is made up of 6 homeowner, 2 commercial, and 1 declarant representative. Information regarding the election of the Board and the current Board members can be found on the Board of Directors page of this site under the Community menu. The Board of Directors is governed by the Covenants & Restrictions and By-laws. A copy of these documents are available at the SOA office and this site under Library Documents/Governing Documents.
