The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Association to ensure all responsibilities and expectations are met. They remain involved and abreast of the day to day activity of each department.

The Executive Assistant, provides administrative support for the Executive Director and the Board of Directors. Her responsibilities also include Human Resources and employee benefit administration for all of the SOA Departments.
