Governing Documents

The SOA is governed by the Covenants & Restrictions, ByLaws, and Articles of Incorporation as recorded in Walton County public records.  The documents are availalbe on the Walton County Public Records website.

In order to view the Governing Documents on this site, you must be a registered owner and sign-in using the log-in prompt on the right hand side of this page, under Quick Links. Once logged in, the Homeowner Menu will appear at the top of the page, which contains a link to the governing documents.

Owners may also pick up a copy from our office during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8-5.  Proof of ownership may be requested.

The Governing Documents are also available on the Walton County Public Records website.

There are also many policies and guidelines that have been approved by the Board of Directors that can be found on the Rules and Regulations page of this website as well as under the Department pages.
