Guest Registration Website now available

Owners can now log onto the web to register expected guests and visitors!   This new system allows guest arrival information to be viewed by the security oficers via the web reducing delay times at the gate.   In order to use the new system, visit the Resident Guest Registration site from the Quick Links list on the home page of this site. 

Your initial log in information is your phone number and your pin is your unit number.  If you should recieve an error message, please email gatekeeper@soaowners.com and advise of the message.  Please also send your phone number as often times the error is due to an incorrect phone number on file.  Once our records are updated with your correct phone number, you wil be able to access the site and complete the registration process.  Upon log in, click on the "guest" tab on the top of the page and enter your guest information.  The information takes approximately 15 minutes to upload to the Security Guards computer, so if you are expecting a last minute guests, please call (850) 267-5000 and provide the information to our Security Communications Officer.
