Meeting Minutes

This page contains the meeting minutes from the SOA Board of Directors Meetings and Advisory Board Meetings.

The minutes for the Advisory Board are posted as "unapproved", once signed by the Advisory Board Chairman. The minutes for the Board of Directors meeting are not posted until approved by the Board at the following month's meeting, however, motions from the meetings will be posted on this page once the minutes are signed by the Secretary.

Minutes remain on the site for a year. If you would like to view minutes older than one year, please contact the SOA office at soa@soaowners.com and a copy will be provided.

Motions from the May Board of Directors Meeting will be posted below once signed by the Secretary.
