The Grand Blvd Golf Cart Gate is currently not available. The East Gate will remain manned to allow access.


Club Drive irrigation pump is down due salt-water intrusion into the Burnt Pine Lake along hole 16.   Pumps are being obtained to correct the issue.

SOA staff continues to clean up the common areas throughout the community. If you have landscape debris to dispose of, please have your landscape maintenance company assist you.   Owners may take other debris to the sanitation site on Administration Drive. Contractors are not permitted to use the dumpsters on Administration Drive.

UPDATE 10/11/18 – 7:30 a.m.

The SOA office has re-opened.

Trash pick up services have resumed this morning.

331 Bridge is open

Walton County Curfew has been lifted.

The Mid-Bay Bridge is now open.

Walton County curfew still in place.

There have been reports of some power outages in Sandestin, primarily in the northeastern section, including but not limited to Laurel Grove, Island Green, Vineyards, Crystal Lake, and sections of Burnt Pine.   Gulf Power is aware of the outage and will begin repairs as soon as possible.  Please keep in mind this is a result of a Category 4 Hurricane that has affected thousands of residents.  Responses are being handled based on severity of the situation.

SOA staff phones and email remain off line until further notice. 

Security is currently assessing any damage and advise of any concerns accordingly.

As of on October 10, 12:30 pm , there have been no power outages reported in Sandestin.  Current conditions are heavy rain and winds.  Security operations has relocated from the gate for the safety of our staff.
