The Board of Directors has approved an assessment increase effective January 1, 2019. For 2019, your annual assessments will increase $80.00 for homes/condos/commercial RDU’s and $40.00 for lots. First quarter statements will be mailed in mid-December reflecting the new amount due. See examples of how this assessment increase will affect your payment below:
2018 assessment was $1,451 ($1,200 assessment + $251 cable*)
2019 assessment will be $1,531 ($1,280 assessment + $251 cable*)
Receive a 3% discount off assessment if paid in full for the year via cash or check by January 31, 2019. The amount due for the year with the discount off the assessment will be $1,492.60 ($1,241.60 + $251 cable) Savings of $38.40.

Receive a 3% discount off assessment if paid in full the year via cash or check by January 31, 2019. The amount due for the year with the discount off the assessment will be $620.80. Savings of $19.20.
2018 – assessment was $362.75 ($300 assessment + $62.75 cable)
2019 – assessment will be $382.75 ($320 assessment + $62.75 cable)
2018 – assessment was $150.00
2019 – assessment will be $160.00
