SOA Updates – COVID-19

Effective Monday, July 6, the SOA office will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to allow for staff’s lunch break.   These new hours will be temporary and will eliminate the need for staff to share work spaces while we put measures into place for the safety of our employees and customers.

In addition, if there is any business that you would normally come to the office to take care of (Security, Customer Service desk, ARB, or Accounting) that can be handled via email, we would ask that you please do so to minimize visitors in the office.  If an office visit is necessary, only those that are needed to complete the transaction should come in to allow ample space in the lobby as we are limited to no more than four people at a time.

  • Accounting: soaaccounting@soaowners.com  (questions about assessments/payments, copy of statement, change address, change payment methods, etc.)
  • Architectural Review Board (ARB): arb@soaowners.com (question about submittal, forms needed, sending submittal, etc.)
  • Customer Service and Security: csr@soaowners.com or soa@soaowners.com  (vehicle access decal, owner identification card, copy of incident report, etc.)

Again, these new measures will be temporary and changes will be communicated via the email.  We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

While recycling services are now permitted throughout the State, the recycling dumpster on Administration Drive has not been replaced due to the lack of workers available to sort and process the items collected.  Until the recycle dumpster becomes available, all recyclables should be disposed of in the same manner as your household garbage.
