Welcome Home!

Welcome to the Sandestin Owners Association!

The SOA is a non-profit property owners association, which is responsible for, but not necessarily limited to, operating and maintaining the following:

  • Sanitation
  • Most master storm water drainage systems
  • The bicycle and walking paths
  • Security
  • Most Roadways
  • Landscaping of the common properties and the master irrigation systems
  • Lake Maintenance
  • Architectural Review Board
  • Two swimming pool facilities that are heated in the fall/winter months – One is across from Linkside Village on Audubon Drive (SOA Pool 1) and the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center (previously SOA Pool 2), which is by the  Baytowne Traffic Circle next to Bay Pines.   Both are open daily from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.

We have designed this website to help you quickly become familiar with the Sandestin Owners Association (SOA) operations and keep you updated on community projects, meetings, and news.

Each Department has its own page that gives a description of their responsibilities as well as contact information. There is also a staff directory under the Contact/FAQ menu above. If you are not sure who to contact with your question or concern, you can simply email and your information will be forwarded accordingly.

SOA mission statement: Preserve and Enhance the Experience and the Assets of the Sandestin Community.

Effective Monday, July 6, the SOA office will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to allow for staff’s lunch break.

We ask that you please wear a mask should you come into the SOA office. If there is any business that can be handled via email rather than coming into the office, we would ask that you please do so to minimize visitors in the office.  If an office visit is necessary, only those that are needed to complete the transaction should come in to allow ample space in the lobby as we are limited to no more than four people at a time.  Wearing a mask is required.

  • Accounting:  (questions about assessments/payments, copy of statement, change address, change payment methods, etc.)
  • Architectural Review Board (ARB): (question about submittal, forms needed, sending submittal, etc.)
  • Customer Service and Security: or  (vehicle access decal, owner identification card, copy of incident report, etc.)

Again, these new measures will be temporary and changes will be communicated via the email.  We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

We urge owners to utilize the following resources for the most up to date information regarding precautionary recommendations and mandates as changes occur frequently.
