We have designed this website to help you quickly become familiar with the Sandestin Owners Association (SOA) operations and keep you updated on community projects, meetings, and news.
Each Department has its own page that gives a description of their responsibilities as well as contact information. There is also a staff directory under the Contact/FAQ menu above. If you are not sure who to contact with your question or concern, you can simply email soa@soaowners.com and your information will be forwarded accordingly.

COVID-19 INFORMATION
Effective Monday, July 6, the SOA office will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to allow for staff’s lunch break.
We ask that you please wear a mask should you come into the SOA office. If there is any business that can be handled via email rather than coming into the office, we would ask that you please do so to minimize visitors in the office. If an office visit is necessary, only those that are needed to complete the transaction should come in to allow ample space in the lobby as we are limited to no more than four people at a time. Wearing a mask is required.
Again, these new measures will be temporary and changes will be communicated via the email. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
