– Architectural Review Board – Wed., July 29, 2:00 p.m.
The next regular scheduled Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for August 27, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. in the SOA Main Conference Room.
Note- The Board of Directors will review the 2027 Proposed Operating Budget with consideration of an assessment increase at the September 24, 2026 meeting.
The next regular Advisory Board Meeting is scheduled for October 2, 2026 at 9 a.m. An Advisory Board Town Hall meeting will be held on February 27, 2026 via video conference unless a proposal is presented.
