The regular Board of Directors meetings are usually held the third or fourth Thursday of each month at 8:30 am in the SOA Main Conference Room. The date of each meeting is on the calendar below. Board meeting agendas are posted at the entry to the SOA office and on this page prior to meeting. These dates are subject to change.
The next regular Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. in the SOA Main Conference Room.
At the September 25, 2025 meeting, the Board of Directors will be considering approval of the 2026 Operating Budget which may include an assessment increase.
The next regular Advisory Board Meeting is scheduled for October 3, 2025 at 9 a.m. at the Hilton Sandestin (Room TBA)
